Help on flashing a SV HD Combo box

After a long time working well the box suddenly stopped working. I have looked on the web and it seems it needs a reset/flash.

Can someone give me advice on what files are needed to flash it and what software. I think I was using Carling Nov ?? if that helps.

I have the cline code etc and that is still active.

im using 3 starview hd combos with sly on them im using carling f531 on them all working perfect

 

Many Thanks. The only issue I have now is the time still seems to be out no matter how many times I change it, this is making the EPG not work

 

my time works fine on mine but i only get whats on now and whats next no full EPG i have never had this in 2 yrs i might be the summer time u have to switch on
