I dont have my Inetbox any more so I will try and help you out if I can, What image have you got on the box? It should only be a matter of deleting the channels from your sat list.

Trying to remember I think that when you press ok and the channel list appears you need to press menu and another list will appear simply scroll down to the channel you want to delete and press ok, reboot the box and channel(s) will be gone, it is the same menu for sorting out channels into bouquets etc. Let me know if that works for you.

Apologies for the delay - I was away on holidays.

I can press ok and the channel list will appear but then I can choose settings, but no option to delete.

on pli jade 3 you go to system settings (its the blue button on a dreambox remote control) and you select parental lock. If you want to remove these channels completely you need to edit the satellites.xml file and remove references to the transponder supplying these channels

Thanks Fintannl - I can access Parental lock that and have entered a password, but can't get it to actually lock.

What am I doing wrong??

play with it a bit. took me a couple of minutes to figure. click on parental lock, enter pin, and then reenter pin. also click on setup lock and do the same again. then when you get a list of channels click on the menu button and select parental lock
