    hi all, just wondering if anyone can help? i just got a new a750 and trying to download the software. it comes up as software downloaded but othing is transferring to the box. when the light starts moving on the box to show its downloading the program it just freezes and nothing else happens. just wondering is this a fault on the box?

    did this as before,and when it got to download done/flash burning the box freezes and i dont get download successful! any ideas would the box maybe have a fault?

    when box is turned on first before its flashed should 0000 be displaying? it dosnt happen on this box, is there a way around it cheers...

    no only ON will be displayed before its flashed. And when its flashed you need to scan it for the channels.

    still no joy. on doesn't even appear on the front panel only a little green dot down the corner.after trying it 6 times now. sorry for keeping botherin ya all. cheers...

    Ok mate if you have a green dot right hand corner, box need's to go back to supplier, there is nothing you can do with that one.

    i had exact same problem, and i after trying everything i was just about to pack it up and send it back. than i tried it one last time and low and behold the 0000 was displaying and it worked. id recommend trying it a few times(switch it on and off, plug it out, try again). it was bizarre i dont know why it suddenly worked but im watching the darts on sky now so happy days. alternatively send it back

    had this problem to with one of them.just keep trying a few more times and you mite get it.keep switching box off at back then on again and try again.

    lookin for some help please.neighbour has a new 750 his son flashed it and when he goes to scan NTHell Legacy he gets all the channels with epg etc but it says scrambled and no pic..any ideas

    Is the Kryptview A750 back in stock? Checked a couple of places I usually use and they are only taking pre-orders. Any good places with stock?

    are you sure he put the new software on its 19032009,also when you are flashing it make sure you put the cable direct to the box /no splitters.
