kryptvieww 780 is showing not a certified product

just recieved some kryptview a780, never had any problems before this batch,one worked but the others are saying not a certified product on switch on. i have flashed all boxes the same. i have scanned in channels ok, but the good ones wont unscramble at all.any ideas please .ps i have tried reflashing but when switching on it comes on screen straight away not a certified product.

ok m8 ya need to send that box back to supplier and make sure you tell them what is on screen
