Well if you look on here there dont seem to be any other members with the problems you are having, i suggest first get the correct net id from your subbed box, then disconnect it from the cable feed put your KV in place of it, factory default it and do a new scan and when you get to the part where you look for your net id select the correct one for your area, then see what you get boxes must be connected to direct feed, "NO SPLITTERS" when doing this, including your BB if you have from virgin as well. You can put your BB back on after you have finished scanning.
yep when boxes go down panic stations and multi posting.curious if you have the latest firmware on box,and where you scanned it from.
i did a factory reset and a new scan direct from wall, connected back up and direct to virmin modem and no change except i lost all +1 channels in lifestyle, i also seem to have a high channel signal at least 82 on all lost channels. and does the signal deviation want to be set at on or off, and my final question before i leave it until things are sorted or not. would reflashing make any difference because it just seems that the channels are what happened before last software update.
Most channels off in Liverpool since 9/10 July.GOT Sum FTA and sport.movies.. all connection ok providers website ok. is it only in the (liverpool) N/WEST that is having problems.? tried all the set ups still the same. sum one must have a clue whats going on.
I got sum of the channels back on today, Discovery Channels, Eurosport 1 etc is anyone else getting their channels back,
my area got most factual channels back but they say discovery channel very glitchy almolst impossible to watch at times, got +1 channels back in lifestyle but not the normal ones. so hopefully coming back bit by bit. so was there a problem with some people (even though a small section)losing service, and not their set up as the people i know havn't changed theirs since the loss of service.
probably meaning kv are working on it and most channels will be on again soon, OR they been busted lol
busted lol server would not be in the uk so that wont be the case, also all channels would be down and not just ss123 ya not think ? At any rate people should be looking towards the sky now as it will be the way forward i would say.
ok while mrs was watching tv lastnight everything went off couldnt get fta itv2 and such, so this morning did factory reset snd scanned direct from wall, connected modem let it boot connected router let it boot, switched box back on and still nothing only chnls 1-5 ive selected correct area and network. checked local weather and traffic and getting those so not net prob.
Same here in stoke no channels only free one's since yesterday nothing at all. Done all the factory reset and rescanned,still nothing.And checked virmin services page say we are fine.? God know's.
