GUYS THERE IS A NEW WEB UPDATE FOR YOUR A780 KRYPTVIEW SO PLEASE UPDATE YOUR BOX WITH IT, ALSO MAKE SURE YOU FACTORY DEFAULT YOUR BOX AND DO A NEW SCAN.

dont really matter as long as a new scan is done from main feed and not through splitters.

seame that the s/w update line not on just now try swithing box off at bk then bk on on at teesside try at a later date

Hi e45 I have April date on mine and it won't update. And my box has been off for about the last 3 hours. Any problems? Wolves area

now dont know if this will work for anyone else but i went against the norm.
did factory reset>rescan then s/w update and bingo all up and running again.

managed to get the update to recognise i was trying but said software download will begin after reboot, which it never did after 6 attempts :/
