hi I am thinking of buying the above hdd and was wondering can I connect up my Krypview A780 to it to record onto its hard drive, or would i only be able to use the dvd recording side of it? is there any other hdd recorders that anyone else recommends in comparison to the panasonic dmr-ex83eb-k?
