I have just spent the better part of 2 hours re-arranging my Channel guide into one I am happy with the order - only to find that when I save the file it deletyes the channle frequencies and transponders...
It never used to do this as this is the way i have always amended my channels for my ex7000HD.
ANybody got any ideas...
I dont like to use the favourites but like to arrange my channels in one long guide...

Just to clarify....
I add my newly scanned channel guide to stb manager
press edit ( I can see the channel numbers and frequencies)
press channel sort
on the left are my channels
I now rearrange them putting say bbc as channel 1 itv as channel 3 etc..
I now click on save
get the message save complete
it now returns to the previous screen and all of the channels and frequencies have dissapeared!!!
any ideas why?

I am beginning to think this may be a vista issue...
Just loaded up an ols channel guide... all looked fine - edited a channel - saved and it cleared all the frequencies?
Hmmmmmm
