Quality strength - zero

My mates are struggling to get there kryptview box working, the quality strength is zero but signal strength is at 53. The box was working 2 days ago so not sure whats caused it to not working.
Ive tested the box at mine and it works. Ive also replaced the coaxial cable to see if thats caused the problem but no joy there either, the quality is still zero.
The standard channels such as BBC1, BBC2, etc dont come on eitherso im guessing this is due to the quality. Any ideas what would cause this?

your cable feed has been disconnected that is why you are getting nothing.
