I really dont feel like reading all these pages but i understand how the key thing works but how do i access the key input menu in my coolsat 5000, also how do i install the bin files, please help people.

To input keys push 8282 on your remote this will take you to the screen to input keys. To get instrustions on loading bin go to page 27 of this forum.

Hi I just got my box, coolsat 5000, and it skips channels from 524 to 538. Anyway to add channels

Ok I am kind of confuse now
I have the 145, should the autoroll be on or off and what is the difference? (it's like an autoupdate?)
is it replacing the official DN or BEV auto update?
I have
echostar autoroll
bev autoroll
autoroll in EPG (????).
could smone explain a little more on this please/

bev autoroll

turn echostar autoroll on, turn epg autoroll on.
autoroll is automatic update.
if you have 145 loaded, it will autoroll (automatically update) when they change to new keys

ok, your computer and the rcvr are not seeing each other, maybe your serial ports are disabled in your BIOS on your computer?

It is possible when you do autoscan you do not have your swith on the right setting you need to know which LNB you have to scan all the chanels.

You may have to do a factory reset it will give you the option to change then.

I have to change code like every 30 minutes and I have bin 140....plzz someone where would I be able to get bin 145?????
