what are all these codes is that for the fix for the coolsat 5000? or are we still waiting for the fix?

The codes everyone is talking about are actually the key numbers. Having the right ones in will at least give you the real free TV channels. Still no fix for the other channels yet.

i try to put the keys in doing 8282, but there doesnot seem to be enough space there.Any suggestions?

There are usually 2 sets of keys, as an example key 00 and key 01.
In each key are 2 lines which will take 16 numbers/letters or a total of 32 in each key.

where do we enter these keys in to get these channels? im new to this whole FTA reciever and am just understanding it as it goes. Thanks

If a password has never been set then the default is usually 0000. The keys go in under the NAG 2 setting somewhere in your menu. Once again I don't have a Coolsat so I'm not sure how you get to that part of the menu. In most Pansats, if you enter 8282 on the remote it will take you right to the section where the Nag 2 settings are. That may work on the Coolsats but I'm not sure.

put in channel 8282 the numbers change the numbers and info changes letters. its very easy

put in 8282 and then u will be in a section called dishnetwork..now go below and put in the codes i gave to u...and then u just click save after u have finished...o and KEY 00 represents 00 and 01 and KEY01 represents 20 and 21 youll see what i mean.

yea i did that and it still odsen't work...i might of missed something...i only did the fist set....there's like 28 different ones but there not all dishnet do i just leave them alone...i don't think they key was right or i just didn't do it right it u could send me a private message with steps that would be great i'm slow when it comes to this stuff..,thanks

8282 gives me 5 Nagravision options on the top (Coolsat 52000) where I should go and change those codes? I am completely new and blond girl ... just kidding. Please help. My boyfriend left me with this system and I have no idea what and how to do :)

heres a lil instruction book i made for u ppl:):):)

ok 8282 gives u the 5 Nagravision options on the top..make sure that u r on the first one..now below u will see a bunch of umbers and letters..on the side of the numbers and letters u will see a column that says 00 01 20 and 21..type this in

00: DE E9 0B 22 87 B4 B6 33
01: C3 E4 3D 59 F9 22 7C 67


20: 43 0F 19 85 B7 80 14 63
21: 1B 7A FC E3 F7 EA DC 2B

after uve put this numbers in click exit and then click save..now on ur remote click menu..then go to installations and autoscan..makesure that u scan alllllllll the channels..after it has scanned ull be set to go..o and u wont have PPV and espn and all those other channels u will only have local channels from around the US.

I have allways just put in the first 2 sets of numbers and than repetaed the same numbers on the next 2 lines and it has worked. Has there been a change where all 4 lines are different now. And after I have pushed save, I push exit and than the channels come up instead of scanning all again. Was I doing it wrong ? Thanks Vin.
