Scrambled channel on most of my channels for Eurovox 5100. I am not getting most of the channels,

I have done fast installation, deep scan and power scan and it has not helped. I bought my box two days ago, I have virgin.
I keep on getting scrambled channel for most of the channels.
Any ideas on how to fix it.

You need to Install Firmware on your box - if it is new it will only have FTA firmware on, so click on the link marked Eurovox at the bottom and follow guide courtesy of HiTeck.

Just have a read and study here, what you need and how to - even the firmware, just look for your box.
