Could be worse you could have bought a Starview and paying a sub as well and all your channels are off, a lot of folks are you be worse off then, count yourself lucky you dont have to pay a sub its all free. And by the looks of it you are the only one having a problem, so it must be your end.
old cable and splitter time again,or is it wrong net id? not seen other posters having problems yet so maybe its your end as e45 says.
yep old cable not shielded and picks up interference gets overlooked all the time,remember boxes are only as good as to what condition cables and signal is like,that also includes scart cable and tight connections and splitters.
