they need to be set up first m8 that is why they are not working for you follow below and they will work for you no problem

YOU WILL FIRST NEED THE CONFIGURATION TOOL AT THE BOTTOM OF THE POST TO GET YOU STARTED DOWN LOAD IT AND INSTALL IT TO YOUR PC

1 TURN OFF YOUR FIREWALLS AND YOUR ANTIVIRUS FIRST STEP

2 GET FIRST PLUG CONNECT IT TO YOUR WALL CONNECT ETHERNET TO IT THEN CONNECT TO YOUR PC

3 YOU WILL SEE THE TV SCREEN DOWN BESIDE THE CLOCK TRY TO START UP WHEN YOU SEE THIS START THE DLAN CONFIG TOOL
    [IMG]
4 NEXT SCREEN YOU SEE WILL BE THE ADAPTER SCREEN LIKE BELOW
AFTER THAT YOU WILL GET SCREEN BELOW SEARCHING FOR THE ADAPTER
    [IMG]
5 IN THIS SCREEN IT HAS FOUND THE ADAPTER AND YOU GET PASSWORD SCREEN CHOOSE DEFAULT HERE
    [IMG]
6 THIS SCREEN SHOWS YOU THE PASSWORD IN WITH ASTRIX
    [IMG]
    PRESS NEXT TO THIS SCREEN
    [IMG]
7 NEXT SCREEN ASKES IF YOU WANT TO ADD ANOTHER TO IT MY ADVICE DO 1 AT A TIME SO SAY NO TO THIS SCREEN
    [IMG]
8 THIS IS THE FINISH SCREEN AND YOU ARE DONE
    [IMG]

DO THE SAME FOR ANY MORE OF THESE PLUGS YOU HAVE JUST FOLLOW THE STEPS ABOVE

WHEN CONNECTING TO THE BOX DIRECT FEED FROM WALL NOT EXT LEADS AS SOME HAVE PROBLEMS WITH THEM

you can download the firm ware from >>> download

check that it works for your internet when connected to your pc....if it does, you should have no prob....usually turn router off and on whilst bridge connected to box works.

and also if your plugs are on different circuits, they wont work, tested some belkins last week and found that if, your plug beside your router and your plug that is beside your cable box are on different circuits, they dont work, maybe of use to those having issues with homeplugs and they dont sync up to each other
