Cccam is already installed as is newcam

For the satellite side to go on network you need to go to Accessory then go to the right side on the menu to network.
Press OK on network then go to Type then you will see 4 more sections in the menu, go to Server setup and press OK You will see 10 different Servers
in there,
Go to off 1 and press ok, in the menu it will say off if you highlight OFF and go to the right on the remote you can pick CCCAM or NEWCAMD in the menu.
This is where you can setup your server needs here.

If you have a Config file (CCCAM or NEWCAMD) made up , put it on a Memory Stick then go to USB in Accssory and press OK.
At the bottom it will say Config highlighted by a Red button, if you press the Red button on the Remote it will give you 3 chorses,
pick Auto Detect then it will start to read your memory stick if you got your Config file on your stick it will then load your config file in here.
Now go back to Network and press OK then Server Setup you will then see all you Config details have now been loaded in your shoo be dooby doo she dooby dooby

Cccam dreambox config file can be found through google

I'm exactly here: name or IP adress

Password
What should I put there?
I'm trying everything but server is still appearing as disconnected.
Can anyone help, please?

Thanks

ain't nothing for free (anymore). you need a worthehile subscription to share. if you wish to share with people you don't know try www.eurocardsharing.com where users exchange/share their cards with other users and vice versa

If it's a free servers details it's probably dead by now mate.

you will either have to google for a fresh server or connect to cable

Have to admit sat is hell of a lot cheaper than cable. Considering there is no sub cost.

Please, please, please use the search box at top right of site before asking a question that has already been answered.

i thought these starview boxes expire after a year, whereas the kv's don't. In the long run the kv is cheaper.

On another note can use this sv combo box to get HD cable channels, or is there a box which can give me HD viewing?

Is there no way of loading the Dreambox image in the Starview HD? For sat side?

nope, SV is closed firmware and only takes its own firmware, which is closed source
