Starview HD Combo + LAN - RED&GREEN Light Only

All,
Looking for anyone who has or has had this same issue.
Think this happened after trying to load the new software from the toolbar.
On the Starview HD Combo + LAN all I get is the RED&GREEN Light Only on the front and the box does not boot.
I have downloaded the "HD300N_SC_RS232_1013" Firmware and loader and followed the instructions but it does not load to the box.
Anyone any ideas please.

Looks like your box is bricked send it back to your supplier or ask your supplier do they have any software to fix it.
