    please can anybody tell me how to open tbn files have downloaded winrar just tells me unknown file or damaged winzip said not supported thankyou

    You should be able to open and view that file type in Firefox.

    downloaded gom player plays most files

    Thanks for that. Sorry to appear thick, I've downloaded GOM but what do I do next.

    Here is the file below for you, there is no need to open it, just copy and paste it to your memory stick, and then follow the instructions you got for putting it on your box.


    Latest TBN file

    Flashing The EX7000HD using USB

    1. Download the required firmware
    2. Copy the file to your usb pen or equivalent, ensure filename is (flash.tbn).
    3. Insert it into the usb slot and switch power off then back on at the rear switch.
    3. box will reboot, open the flash file extract it to its memory and install it automatically.
    4. Once flashed its a peice select your desired settings, scan then enjoy.

    Thanks for taking the time to help. Still stuck though. I get to item 3, the box rebootsI don't see how to extract the flash file and install it.

    copy the file to your memory stick put it into the back of the box then turn the box of then back on with memory stick in the box then it should do it automatically for you

    Did all of that but nothing happens.

    here is the loader you can try it that way same as a normal flash with null modem cable
