i know this is a bit cheeky but what box and broadband provider are you using ?

 

There is nothing else really to say about them,
only what you have already been answered or read in the "other thread`s"
Just if you are going to keep v.media broadband best advice would be to spend the extra £££ on VPN or similar!
you know whats needed for them to work, "the risks involved" And how to minimise the risk!

well put it this way if my box was working i would be using my provider i have now for my broadband and worry about what ever happens if it ever does which i very much doubt anything ever will

 

Although that may be construed as sticking your head in the clouds e45. And being extremely optimistic.
