I have a pavilion laptop, it says the dvd burner that is installed is a
    HL-DT-ST DVDRAM GSA-T50N ATA Device
I did a search for it but couldn't find the specs all that came up for me was all of the probs people are having with it and trying to fix it! I'm just trying to figure out the speeds. I think i saw something about super multi drive, so I'm wondering what that is too. I did check out the little pull down menu where it says details but that didn't help with anything.

If you have ImgBurn installed on the PC, you can run it and click 'Tools' > 'Drive' > 'Capabilities'.

    Nero has a similar tool.
