I have a VideoSecu camera model IR24W that I'm wanting to run to my PC through a TV tuner card and recording software to set up a camera facing our cars. The TV tuner card I have is a Sabrent SBT-TVFM. I assumed a simple BNC to Composite adaptor plugged into the TV card would work if the software was set to receive NTSC but its not working. Do I also need to have a modulator between the camera and the card for this to work?

Did you select the composite input as video source on card?

Yes, sir. I'm not sure what exactly the problem is. The camera works when I hook it directly to my TV so I know that's not the problem.
