MSinfo files

    i have downloaded an MSinfo file, for a program, but i dont know what to do with it, can anyone offer any advice!!!

    Hold down shift, right click it. Choose "open with", then choose "notepad."

    Press OK. Preferably, check "always use this program for files of this type."

    Now you can read the .nfo. Alternatively, you can download an NFO viewer, but I dunno why you'd bother.

    And btw, M$ proclaimed .nfo as the "windows information file extention" long AFTER .nfo became the normal extention for the file that tells you all about the material you're about to download.

    Say it out loud..."nfo"...sounds like "info..." I <3 MS.
