Program to Send/Receive Email from Hotmail in Opera

    i want to send out email from my hotmail account within opera in ubuntu 7.10 using smtp. can any of you recommend a program that i can use to send and receive email from my hotmail account from opera? using pop3 and smtp? thanks!
