    Hello everyone!

I can't seem to update my catalyst drivers to 8.10
Every time I update, I get to the startup screen,
    but then BSOD.

Anyone have any idea why this could be happening?

    I'm using a visiontek 4870 x2.
The rest of the specs are in my sig.

    Thanks,
    -Louie.

I have almost the exact same system (Q9550, X38-DS4 and HD4870X2, Cat 8.10) and have no issues. Do all the other versions of catalyst cause you problems?

I have no idea what to do.

    off topic kinda but
does the catalyst 8.10 increase framerates by 10-15%?

Weird, redownload the drivers from somewhere else like Filehippo to check. I haven't experienced much of a gain with 8.10.

Downloaded from filehippo, still no luck.

It gets to the XP loading screen, the blue screens.

    Any other ideas?

    Thanks.

Hmm, I don't use SP3, but other than that, I use the same stuff. Hmm
