    fint,
    are you sure it's the fline and not the box? i generally use use a fline like
    <user><pass>2 1 1 {0:0:1} (i'm not sure what it all means). i origionaly set up on a dm500 and then moved to vu+duo but with both boxes in never had to put card back in sky box and i have added channels over the phone with both dm500 and vu

    C: server.noip.com 12000 username password yes
    A Cline that will limit to receive all shares that are only up to 2 hops away

    <user><pass>2 1 1 {0:0:1}
    bit by bit
    the 2 means that you give your clients your local card and all other cards that are on your system. Normally this should be 0 so the user only gets your local card
    1 means that you allow the client to reuse your key emulator, as such they can use reuse your key emulator on their system and this should definitely be set to 0
    the 1 means that the client can update entitlements. you should have only one client who has this value otherwise your card gets flooded with entitlement updates. this is ok and will work with all clients set to 1. The issue is if the card has logic that says i'm getting too many entitlement updates and shuts down on that basis

    the other values 0 0 1 are fine in that you do not allow the client to reshare. i suggest you do some modifications to your cccam.cfg :)

    This great info mate I've only the one card on the share.

    My Fline is ATM
    F:user pass 2 0 0 {0:0:1}

    And Cline
    C:whatever.com 12000 user pass no

    So should I change this only for one user to and leave everyone else as above.
    F:user pass 2 0 1 {0:0:2}
    C:whatever.com 12000 user pass yes

    the exact opposite. you should have all your clines looking like
    C:whatever.com 12000 user pass no
    you should have your flines looking like
    F:user pass 0 0 0 {0:0:1}
    except for the fline that will update you card which will look like
    F:user pass 0 0 1 {0:0:1}
    naz did you ever read the standard cccam.cfg file? its all there in the description

    Quick question folks, what's the difference between CCcam and mgcam? I've noticed that there is a difference in price between a yearly sub for the two and as my exisitng CCcam will be out soon was wondering if the mgcam would work (after installing the necessary files).

    they are both cams that in essence do the same thing ,there shouldnt be any difference in price .if your current cccam line works well why change it ,you could change servers and end up with a poorer quality line .cccam works with c lines /n lines and mgcamd cws= lines .

    put them all in , you have 3 lines for a reason either they are backup lines (in case one line fails )or they are for other channels not on the first line or other channels on other sats .

    if he is charging €50 extra for a line simply on the basis that its an mgcamd line then he is a conman ,if the mgcamd line was multisat as oppposed to just sky i could maybe understand a price difference but even then a €50 difference is a bit much .

    It's the other way around, the mgcamd is €50 cheaper.
    From what I can make out the Cccam is for a wide range of sats and the mgcamd is for sly uk only. As I'm not interested in the the other sat options the Cccam offers I was thinking of changing (when my existing Cccam sub ends) to the cheaper mgacmd option.

    well either way i think its high ,but that said if you paid €100 for all sky channels for a year and the quality is great its a bargain and worth the price considering what sky would charge . out of interest how much are both lines ?.
