If you can stretch a bit further, then your best bet is probably a Nexus 7 from ASUS/Google. Ie, consider it is only £30-40 more, the tablet you linked is quite inferior.

Otherwise, this isn't terrible for the money (having looked somewhat briefly solely on eBuyer)

if you are buying a tablet for browsing than HCL U1 is best for you.. as it is very very cheap... so that you can buy 3-4 tablets at your budget... it runs on andoir 4.0 ICS, so it is quite good in my opinion... btw i'm also using HCL U1...

Again the Nexus 7 I would recommend and they have recently come down in price in the uk/Ireland 16gb version in Ireland is €209, or if you are looking for something cheaper this was recommended to me the Ainol Novo Aurora2, it has a 1.5GHz A9 chip (€80) I have one and it really is fast and is as good as the Nexus in my opinion, but having said that I know fook all about this kind of stuff :)

Below is the support forum for this device look around as the guy who does the videos also has a load of tutorials on site and seems to be well respected there.

what ever you get make sure its at lest 32GB memory. Its really silly these tablets dont have much memory in it. I have a Samsung 7.7 work Great! Got 32gb and micro sd 64GB. 7.7 inch screen perfect size. Not too big Not too small!.

Ridiculous comment given that you don't know the intended purpose and the required price point.

I would get a reputable brand - Asus or Samsung. And memory is important but its cheaper to buy a memory card than it is to buy built in memory so go that route. Ensure your tablet has a memory card slot.
