Can anyone help out here......I have a samsung 55" 3d TV; samsung 3d bluray player........EVERY other 3d bluray i own works EXCEPT Hotel Transylvania.....I've already taken 1 copy back because I thought the disc was just faulty.......Now, the new copy I have also freezes in the same spot. It's ridiculous. It gets all the way to the disc menu and when you choose the play the movie, it just keeps clocking. I don't get it.

I have even tried to play it through both my playstation 3's........and the disc will then play, BUT in horizontal split screen. WTF??

WTF am i doing wrong and why won't this stupid disc play????

Over it. HATED IT. super frustrated.

I have the same setup and issue. Its something to do with an anti piracy system called Cinavia, it affects lots of other makes too.

Absolute BS as neither Samsung or the 3D Blue Ray provider accept any responsibility to resolving the problem.
