You can find things like what CPU you have, how fast it is and how much RAM you have by going to Start>Control Panel>System, you can find out what drivers and what hardware you have by going to Start>Control Panel>System>Hardware> Device Manager, download a program called CPU-Z to find out things like what slots the RAM are in, details about your motherboard and a detailed description of your CPU.
