Use alchol 120% insted (if you can). It has a setting for ps1 and ps2 games. It works great on both ps1 and ps2 games (cd-r and dvd format). If you Must use nero You have to create an image using nero (.nrg file) And the burn the image to a blank disc. Nero can probably get the job (under create disc image) But I recommend using alcohol 120% instead. Your ps1 or ps2 has to be modified to play copied games, You need Breaker pro for the ps1 and Swapmagic discs for the ps2 (respectively). The problem maybe that you dont have a mod. You can also test your burnt imnages on the computer using the psx emulator psxe, That will also tell you if your copied images are good. Cheers!
nah I mentioned dont want to use that program, dont like alchy too buggy (as it gave me the blue screen as well). ..oh I gota figure how to convert the bin/cue to nrg?
I have been using alcohol for years with no probelms. If your getting BSOD its probably because of the virtual drive support, Also you could use a program called called isobuster to extract the contents of the .bin file, Or you can simply burn the .bin and .cue files using IMGBURN. Alcohol is way better than nero expecially for copying and burning disc images, But you could also use one of the other programs i mentioned. Your not going to be able to convert the images to .nrg format, Unless you have the original and start over from scratch. But since it seems as your burning something you downloaded, I will leave it at that. Try using isobuster or IMGBURN to burn instead. They work good with bin/cue file as well.
ok I guess ill try IMGBURN dont know any other ones that do bin/cue(Ive heard another called burnatonce but never tried it either) PS BIN Cue it this the most perferred format used today or img (clonecd) are used too?
No problems huh, Well this supid Imgburn just gave me a coster with my plextor explan what did wrong? (Im probably gonna delete it WTF would this this program give a coster on a burn ;/ http://img215.imageshack.us/img215/5494/imgburnerror0cm.jpg Miscompare at LBA: 12, Offset 2348 Device: 0x3F Image File: 0x00 Total Errors in Sector: 4 Would you like to continue verifying the remainder of the disc? I ended up using ultraiso convertor but perfer to burn the Bin cue (cause this aint making sense) you know anythin else I can do??? Any other programs or know a soluton?
