I just purchased a new copy of DVD X Copy Xpress and when I go online to activate it it says "You are trying to activate with an ID and passwerd registered for another software." Does anyone know where to go and get the new activation codes? I tried 321 studios and they stated I would have to go to the software vender for support. I would really like to be able to install and operate this software. Could anyone help me? Thanks!
It appears that the vendor that sold you the program has ripped U. They have sold a copy with a bad user and password id. If 321 wont support you, you are out of luck with them. Try getting that valid activation from the vendor that sold you the software,or maybe getting a refund and purchasing the software from a reputable company.
