well.. i would like to ask... i bought the cable, and loaded Animal Crossing on my GC using the PSO hack, but seems that the cable link with my GBA wont work.. even in zelda... my cable is broken? there are regional protection on cables? (my gc is european.. the cable is japanese..)
hmmm, I'd like to learn about this too. I own an american Gamecube and if I ever did play a game that required the GBA2GC cables(these cables also being american) then i'd be playing it on a streamed american game. Would that work, or does only this guy have problems with it because he's using cables/hardware from different regions.
i asked around, and tried after with another game, and the cable works... all cables are identical, no matter what region your gamecube is. in some games you have to connect the gba at the right time to have it working. that's all.
