What I am trying to do is upgrade my xbox hd to a 120g drive. I have an xenium ice mod chip. The problem that I am having is that I copied all the partitions on the old xbox drive to the new one. When booting with the old drive all my xbox live info shows up but when I boot with the new drive it doesnt show my xbox live account info it just gives me 2 options. 1. New Account 2. Account Recovery. If I try either of the options the xbox freezes. but if I boot with the old hd it works fine. I was wondering if anyone has had this problem or if you could tell me where to get the live account info off the old hd.
it is.... I dont think it will let you boot with the retail bios unless the hd is locked thanks though
