HOTSWAPPING HELP

I am trying to hotswap and I am going through alot of problems because my pc is reconiseing the drive but i can't access it. I mean it recvonises the drive by me seeing it in the device maneger but ist has a yellow circle with a question mark and says driver is not present or is not installed please HELP!!!

You shouldn't need to install drivers. If the drive is recognized at all, that is all that is required for HDDDriver to make read/write requests.
