Differences between 256k 512k and 1024k bios?

    Can anyone please tell me what advantages or disadvantages there are to using big or small bioses?

    It really depends on your mod chip and configuration. If you are having a specific issue you should ask. There is really no fundamental difference between the BIOS sizes. In reality the 512 and 1024 are really 2 and 4 256 BIOS stacked together.
