Recently downloaded a game and I burned it to a CD using Blindwrite. I checked the CD, and it has all the files, installs properly, but when I go to run it, it asks for the CD, despite the disc being in the drive. I have Easy CD Creator 4 on my computer, and have read that it causes conflicts. I tried disabling the drivers using Feurio, but to no avail. I don't mind removing Easy CD Creator, but I don't want to unless that would definitely fix the problem (I've read that usually isn't enough, as problems persist after the program is removed). Any idea what's wrong and what I can do to fix it?
Your game has a copy protection and you need a so called patch or crack to bypass it. Since you have donwloaded the game and therefore you do not own it, we can't advice you any further on this forum.
