when i plug in my xbox hdd into my computer than the computer only recognizes my xbox hdd and not the computers. please help
I'm using that tutorial. I thought it might be the jumpers but i've tried almost every combination of jumper settings i can. I've change the jumpers on both my computer and the xbox. nothing works. my computer either freezes up, or comes up with a big blue page with lots of writing. the top of the page says [qoute]A problem has been detected and Windows has been shut down to prevent damage to your computer. KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR[/quote] and the whole page is filled with other writing. I thought maybe my computer just wouldn't accept another hdd so i found an old one sitting around and it worked perfectly when i put it in. Please help
