dvd writer problems

hi peeps

ok got a pioneer 105

,installed np, come to put software back on this is what its saying

record now max not supported

nero 6 message,

to install nero burning rom you need a newer version of the file COMCTL32.DLL

never had the problem before when ive re-installed the software

also put a pioneer 104 in another pc, not reconizing it all, on the same ide cable put one as master and one as slave also done the other way round and still nothing

help would be greatful
