how can i fix my game.................... it freezes just before the first boss

What media are you using?
Is the game scratched or dirty?

it's the original disc, yes there are scratches on it
there 3 scratches on it

This could be why. Is your ps2 chipped? If so then you could try making a backup of it and trying that as pc's read the games better than ps2.

You could try using one of those disc repair things. This fills the scratch and may work.

Do any other games crash?

Sounds like it is just that game then. Try getting it repaired with one of those disc repair things. They do it in some game shops for about £5.

LOL. yes you could do that but its not very fair is it? And besides theres are always badly scratched aswell.

i'll take me chances, is there a way i can repair the cd myself? like using rubbing alcohol and q-tips or something?

Dunno what you can do. Someone will know though.

Im sure i heard somewhere that you can use toothpaste to fill in scratches.

or you can go to futureshop they have this thingy that fixs the scratches it looks like a frezbe its like 20 bucks i think its worth it
