adding still images to beginning of movie, how?...

How do i add still pictures/images to the beginning of a DVD movie? For example if i use IFOedit to strip the movie down to movie only and then add a still picture like the Dolby DIgital logo jpeg image and maybe another jpeg image to the beginning before the movie actually starts. I know that i would use Photoshop to do picture editing but didnt know how to actually include the image into the movie that will go onto a DVD-R. thanks
