Hello everyone, I have a unique situation well at least I think I do. While trying to backup my copy of Taking Lives using Shrink 3.2, I ran into a crc error at 96% which would be the credits so no big deal or so I thought. I watched the entire movie on my PC and I thought I could burn it to a DVD but there was no ifo file. Apparently one was not created since the movie was not 100% completed. Is there a way to still keep these vobs and burn them or should I delete them and just not loan out my original movie? By the way, I cleaned the disk and can not see any visible scratches on the disk so the crc error must be some defective sectors around the credits. I also tried to rip with Decrypter and only got to 90% of the movie too. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Try using IFOEdit, you can make your IFO files with that -

    Cheers,

Thanks Pete but I am using Windows XP and I read on the forums that Ifoedit will not work with Windows XP. Is there another software available thats easy to use or at least come with a manual?

The IFOEdit that doesn't work with XP is version 0.96.

I'm informed that version 0.95 works well with XP -

    Cheers

I've been all over the Caribbean, South America and Cenrtral America for the last 40 years -

I recently suffered an accident and am a quadriplegic - if I can walk again I'll head to either Honduras OR Cozumel where I'l stay with close diving friends and dive my butt off. I truly miss the peace and quiet that can be had at 200+ feet downstairs :p)

    Cheers there DM,

Lay back and groove to the Barefoot Man :)

Scuba pete, I write this with tears in my eyes, i can´t imagine my life without diving. I hope you recover soon, and go back to deep blue. You have a friend in Colombia.
