tried to burn my first dvd yesterday and all seemed to be going well. I followed instructions on nero and copy the data from original disk. However when i tried to save it to new blank disk i ran into two problems. 1st: I was told that it was to big for disk. File is 2.1gb and disk holds 4.7gb. I then seemed to get past this problem and ran into another. When I was approaching the final step and tried to click on the burn icon it didn't seem to be active. Can anyone help? I use a siemens laptop, with windows XP home edition.
Sorry, we need exact step by step process you used, and a copy of the Nero log file from a failed attempt could help. Be sure to edit out your serial key. With what information you have provided, I can not tell if you are running into a bug, the problem is user error, or of you have a system issue. Regards, Craig
