DVDXCOPY PLATINUM ACTIVIATION

I can't find the thread that talks about the activation problem of DVD X PLATINUM so I started a new thread. I am posting the same problem that other people had already asked about,
I tried to install the software but it won't accept the license# and password. I already sent an email to the the place where I ordered it from and I also tried calling canada but I can't get through?

Can Someone help me please? If this is a hopeless case, can someone advice me on what other software I could get other than this software? I had DVDXCOPY EXPRESS before and I had no problem with it the only problem was some illegaly downloaded it into my system and now that I have to reinstall my operating system because of some viruses, I lost that program.

I am starting to dread this software cause I read a lot of complaints about it???
