Seperate Chapters?

    If I wanted to take home VHS movies and put as many as I can onto a dvd r how would I go about doing that? Also how can I seperate them by chapter so you can see a clip of each chapter and choose from there? Like say Christmas 99 (Chapter 1), Christmas 00 (Chapter 2) etc...

    Basicly how do I record from VHS to DVDR and how do I seperate them into chapters to make them organized like a real dvd movie?
