StarView Box 3 - No channels found

    already had a box
    this one was for sister so connected to mine and sent software
    very easy when you know

    yeah saves having to get the usb adapter and the hassle of com ports and such glad you got it sorted

    Hi,

    I am new to this forum. I have just bought S**V** 3.. I am in Manch*** area. Using Vir** (old N--T--L)...

    I am trying to use the box but no channels are found. Can somebody please guide me how to use it.

    Following is the System Information:

    The BOX Super
    API Ver: 6.00e_E
    Boot ver: 8.0
    4.Feb.2008

    Do i need to have new codesc for NTL???? If codes are nor sharable on this forum, cna somebody please share me the weblink?

    Vic try this:
    gmt ooo summertime on exit out the flick through some channels and then hit EPG, this should fix it, if not turn the box off at the back and back on.
    ......lets know if it works!

    could't choose summertime as an option so i switched it off at the back...and now its reset to mon the 1st of jan!!!!so now i have 5 months to skip past to see whats on!

    Vi c... press menu...Time settings... Time settings... go down 3 and you will see summer time, turn on and do what I said earlier, should sort you!

    when i try to move down to summertime it skips over it...

    When you go into User Set up and time settings , change the current time to AUTO and then you can have the option for Summerime Off/On

    ok go back into time settings go down to current time, input the time, right click it should change to auto, summertime should now be able to highlight and turn on!
