DVD-9 to Xvid

Hello.

I'm having a lot of trouble converting my ripped dvd's to Xvid.

I use Smart Ripper to rip the dvd, then I use DVD to AVI, & FlaskMPEG...

This is too much work.

Is there any goods apps out there free or not that convert DVD's to XVID or even DIVX with a click of the button and also have high quaility for both video and sound?

Also, is there a good app to convert Xvid/DivX to DVD (VOB) files to burn onto a DVD with a click of a button with high quality?

for ripping (removing macrovision) use dvdfab. v v good splits discs/ removes subtitles / if required.
