I have a Panasonic DVD Burner in my desktop machine LF-D311. I am considering buying a DMR-E30 DVD Recorder. Can I record a video on the E30, remove the cartridge and put it in my PC and watch it? Similarly can I edit some camcorder video on my PC and play it on the E30. In both cases I would like to use DVD RAM and not the DVD-R (write once disks)

Unfortunately you can not use a DVD-RAM drive to make DVD-Video discs. The compatibility is very little.
