DVTOOL sys header check box not selectable

Anyone know why the sys header checkbox in the file processing section of DVTOOL is grayed out and not selectable?? I split an mpeg file but because I couldn't check the sys header box, only the first mpeg file the tool created had a valid mpeg header, rendering the other files useless

Just tried this using DV-tool 0.31:

1. loaded an mpeg1 file.
2. hit the 'split' option.

as soon as I did this, the header checkbox came to life. Are you doing something else?
