dvd xcopy platinum- file missing

    I am having problems with my dvd xcopy platinum all the sudden. When I start to copy it comes up with the message box "Missing file" and cancels the process. It has always worked in the past. When it does work it takes 4 times as long and usually finds an error reading message. Any help is appreciated. thank you.

    vmmo ,

    Have you uninstalled the software, deleted the folder on your hard drive and reinstalled the 321 product. Following these steps will not cause you an activation. Your activation info is in your registry.
