DVD decrypter problem

    Hi
    I'm using DVD decrypter. I copied the movie on my hard drive. the file name is untiteled_disc.MDS. Now when I try to write it on a blank sony DVD-R, I get this error message: Device not ready (medium not present. I'm using NEC DVD+RW. Decrypter log shows that it has found DVD+RW. file size is 4.398
    Can you tell me what is wrong.

    Hi bob22, If I'm reading your post right, you have a Nec +RW burner and you are trying to write to a -R blank. If this is right your burner can't burn a -R blank. Get some +R blanks and it should work. I'm guessing on this since you didn't list your burner model number. But I think I'm correct.

     ... Isn't it amazing how many problems can be solved just by using the correct media, Jerry ... Someday it'll all be universal (yeah, right) ...
