Jap games

Is it possible to play Naruto: Gekitou Ninja Taisen 2 which is in japenese on a north american system using phoenix?? it reads it as "Game Region: Japan-NTSC"

The nfo for it says:

This game boot with Animal Crossing Loader 1.4 and a memory card.

can it still work with phoenix?

 

I've go the Animal crossing thing figured out now, but I still need an answer for the jap games.

 

depends, some will work but some don't... Streaming is " region-free " but I didn't get Paper Mario 2 (JAP) working unless you have a ppf patch (still haven't got it..., USA version released!).

 

I Got Paper Mario 2 (JAP) i Stream the game and it works great. grmbl i heard it didnt work 4 u maybe its because you didnt stream it right or you GC can not handle it. My GC is brand new not even a year old yet

 

It works very well now 100%...

 

everything is working almost 100%, just disable music, and all is 100% good.
theres a little lag when loding battles
