   was trying to make back up of rescuers when got msg: dvd shrink encountered an error and cannot continue....failed to read file "F:\"...Copy protection error - the read failed because the sector is encrypted...
   and then i have tried to download dvd decrypt but that is blocked also.
   how can i get round these problems???

   You might want to download the trial for AnyDVD and start it before you open Shrink
